Director of Frontier Tech Events & Experiences

Paradigm seeks an Events leader to co-create and operationalize engaging events across its portfolio, collaborating with investing, research, policy, marketing, and operations. You will own production and execution for research days, founder gatherings, investor summits, and community events in San Francisco and other frontier tech hubs. This role requires 8+ years of end-to-end events experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work nights/weekends.
