Location:
Fort Worth, Texas — a primarily on‑site role with an initial five‑day‑a‑week in‑office schedule for the first two months, followed by at least three days per week in the office.
Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 1+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills and strong academic credentials are required.

Job Description:
Manage and contribute to a diverse caseload involving general negligence, transportation and trucking litigation, premises liability, insurance defense, and contract disputes.
Conduct legal research and develop thoughtful, well‑supported litigation strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and provide practical solutions.
Work closely with senior attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.
Prepare for hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
Manage multiple matters and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Take ownership of assignments and contribute proactively to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: Texas bar license required.
1+ years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
High level of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Employment law, professional liability defense, or insurance defense experience is a plus.
