Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining a clean facility, and handling wash, dry, and fold orders with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed Wash, dry, and fold laundry orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of machines, floors, and folding areas etc Handle customer transactions (cash, card, POS system)Monitor machines and report any issues Follow company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay organized Friendly and professional attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs Previous laundry or customer service experience is a plus (not required)Schedule Flexible scheduling available Must be available for weekends and some evenings
