Remote: Head of SMB Technical Account Management

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Technical Account Management (SMB Merchants) to guide a team of TAMs focused on the technical success of our SMB partners. You will mentor, coach, and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and client-facing groups to drive seamless integrations and scalable growth. In this remote-first role, you will set strategy, establish OKRs, forecast resources, and ensure merchants realize the full value of Affirm’s product suite after launch.
