What You'll Do:
Lead migration of accounting functions and establish scalable financial controls.
Oversee multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and shared expenses.
Manage and review an internal Bookkeeper while handling high-volume e-commerce reconciliations.
Required Skills:
5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity and DTC/e-commerce exposure.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools like Claude Code.
Strong people management and hands-on troubleshooting mindset.
Full-time, remote-first, async-first team with core overlap with US EST hours.
