K-12 School HR & Talent Coordinator

Springfield Public Schools is seeking an HR professional to support recruiting, hiring and retention of qualified staff. The role coordinates with district stakeholders and the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in HR-related functions. Essential duties include managing the substitute teacher system, onboarding, payroll, reporting and training of principals and staff, plus collaboration with colleges for student teaching placements and district pipeline programs.
