Work directly with partners and clients to develop strategies that align legal solutions with business objectives. Prepare correspondence, agreements, and ancillary documents with a strong focus on precision and enforceability. Manage an active caseload in an in-office setting while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.
