Hybrid BI Claims Adjuster — Negotiation & Resolution

Progressive is seeking a claims adjuster specialist to manage attorney represented bodily injury (BI) claims in a hybrid role in WA. You will work with a collaborative team to assess liability, coverage, and damages, negotiate with attorneys, and settle claims while building your claims career. The position supports reporting to an office for key meetings and training about four days per month, with flexibility for more in-office work if desired, and opportunities for career growth and coaching.
