About the Opportunity: Our client, an established regional law firm, is seeking a transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join its commercial real estate and business transactions practice in Yardley, PA. You'll work closely with a senior partner on a broad, active docket, with real client contact and hands-on responsibility from day one. This is a mentorship-driven role: you'll be the primary drafter and closer on matters, with a partner handling the most complex issues, and you won't be expected to build your own book of business.
