We are seeking an experienced ACE Guidewire & Jutro Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions for Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Jutro Digital Platform, ACE framework, insurance business processes, and Agile delivery methodologies. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and architects to deliver scalable digital insurance solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Strong understanding of Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform.
Experience working with the ACE Guidewire Framework.
Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
Experience writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with API-based integrations and web services.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting UAT and production releases.
