We are looking for an Experience Designer to help create thoughtful, high-quality client solutions across digital products, platforms, and customer experiences. This role blends strong design craft, systems awareness, and collaborative problem solving, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to design experiences that are both intuitive and scalable. You will collaborate with strategists, engineers, product leaders, and clients to help translate complex challenges into clear, well-crafted solutions.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to design work across digital products, platforms, and customer experiences.
Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective experience solutions.
Create UX flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes that communicate ideas clearly.
Work within existing design systems and contribute to the evolution of shared patterns and components.
Collaborate with product owners, strategists, engineers, and project teams throughout the design process.
Present work and participate in design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
Support the delivery of high-quality design work from concept through implementation.
What Will Help You Succeed:
Experience designing digital products, platforms, or services across web and mobile.
Strong visual sensibility and attention to craft.
Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design practices.
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Comfort presenting design work and incorporating feedback.
Experience working with design systems or reusable design patterns.
Fluency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as FigJam, Miro, Mural, or similar.
Nice to Have:
Experience collaborating with engineers during product implementation. Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital platforms, including AI-enabled products and services.
