Process Improvement Engineer: Lean, Six Sigma & CAPEX

PACCAR is seeking a Process Improvements Professional to support the PACCAR Production System High Performance Work Teams. The role focuses on improving SQCDME metrics through systematic problem-solving, standard work, and cost reduction initiatives. The candidate will develop production processes, validate implementations, and collaborate with engineering to ensure manufacturability and efficiency across lines. A Lean/Six Sigma background and AutoCAD experience are preferred.
