Join a team building and testing pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in aerospace applications. As a Hydraulic Assembly & Test Technician, you'll work with precision components, mechanical assembly tools, and testing equipment while developing valuable skills in a highly technical manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following technical drawings, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions Use precision gauges and inspection equipment to verify parts meet requirements. Perform testing and quality checks on completed assemblies. Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials. Accurately document production, testing, and quality information. Work safely with adhesives, lubricants, epoxies, paints, and other manufacturing materials. Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals. Help identify ways to improve processes and make the operation more efficient.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to perform basic measurements and calculations. Ability to work overtime or adjusted schedules when production requires.
