Hospitality & Events Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop reception and catering teams, ensuring consistently elevated service standards Oversee in-house meetings, catering, conferences, and firm-sponsored events from planning through execution Manage catering and hospitality vendors, inventory, invoices, and service quality Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and process improvements to streamline operations Partner closely with Facilities, Office Services, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless office operations Coordinate event logistics, conference rooms, catering setups, and day-to-day workplace hospitality Drive a polished, professional experience for clients, visitors, attorneys, and employees

Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, catering, food service, conference services, hotel operations, workplace experience, or a similar service-driven environment Proven experience leading and developing service-oriented teams Strong vendor management, organizational, and communication skills Experience creating SOPs, improving processes, and elevating service standards Professional, polished, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
