They will work closely with customer process owners, key sponsors, and stakeholders to align current processes towards improvement and recommended ServiceNow leading practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prescriptive ITAM - HAM/SAM guidance
- Push back on poor requirements
- Simplify workflows
- Create user stories
- Facilitate the definition and alignment of current processes towards improvement
- Advise the Product Owner(s) in story creation and refinement
- Ranking adherence to desired process outcomes
- Assist in future roadmap planning
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow experienceIT Asset Management knowledge
- Hardware Asset Management expertise
- Software Asset Management expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create user stories
Required Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS - HAM, CIS - SAM
