Chief Government Affairs & Policy Leader

California Assisted Living Association (CALA) seeks a Senior Vice President of Government Affairs to lead policy, advocacy, and government affairs efforts in Sacramento. This role serves as CALA’s principal advocate, building relationships with legislators, staff, and state officials while guiding two policy staff and two contract lobbyists. Responsibilities include developing policy positions, testifying before committees, and managing the Public Policy Committee.
