Senior Technology Transactions Attorney

Overview: The role focuses on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT and data transactions, primarily for a prominent healthcare organization. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing IT and commercial agreements such as SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements. The position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions. This position is focused on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT and data transactions, primarily for a prominent healthcare organization. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and analyzing a variety of IT and commercial agreements, including SaaS, data sharing, software development, and consulting agreements. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of 6 years of experience handling transactional matters with a focus on IT transactions; strong research, writing, and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team. Applicants with healthcare sector experience and some privacy and data security experience are preferred. The salary range for this position in California and Washington state is $200,000 - $300,000.This is a non-partnership track position.
