Foreign Investment Risk Compliance Monitoring Program Lead

Key Responsibilities: Typical work assignments at the full performance level include, but are not limited to: Executing technical assessments of telecommunications cybersecurity plans, policies, and overall posture for compliance with industry standards and mitigation terms intended to preserve national security within the U.S. telecommunications services sector; generate recommendations for realizing compliance requirements if not meeting best practices or achieving standards. Performing team leadership responsibilities, such as the development of internal governance; detail-focused, substantive reviews of analytic and reporting products; coordination with other team leads and leadership; the mentorship of the compliance team; and the guidance of the execution of compliance assessments and security posture analysis. Recommending telecommunications environment vulnerability corrections and risk mitigation actions based on observed incidents/events, identified vulnerabilities, and assessed threats to reduce the likelihood and impact of exploitation.
