Location: Memphis TN (Onsite)
Duration: 2 months
Scope: Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side. As they looking for actual FSE support Experience having hands inside the server, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support. Prior Dell FSE experience a HUGE plus.

- Be able to lift 65 pounds
- Be able to work while on a ladder
- Great attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Nvidia GPU/NIC experience is a plus
- Basic Network experience
- Experience reading Linux logs
- Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well within an onsite team in a dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules
