Director of Therapy Services & Clinical Growth

Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute in Escondido, CA is seeking a Director of Therapy to lead the Therapy Services Department and advance clinical programs with a CARF focus. This leadership role collaborates with the CEO, Medical Staff and hospital leadership to drive patient outcomes and staff development. The position requires state licensure in PT, OT or SLP, at least three years of therapy management experience, strong budget and staffing oversight, and excellent communication skills.
