Small Engine Mechanic

Pay: $25-$28 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities• Diagnose, service, and repair gas- and diesel-powered small equipment • Maintain pumps, generators, pressure washers, compactors, concrete saws, cutoff saws, chainsaws, and similar construction equipment • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections • Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, and mechanical issues • Replace damaged or worn components • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records • Track parts and communicate equipment needs to management • Keep the shop, tools, and parts areas clean and organized • Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Qualifications • Previous small-engine repair experience required • Strong knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines • Experience with construction equipment and tools preferred • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Ability to read service manuals and parts diagrams • Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs • Must provide basic hand tools • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Must pass required background screening and drug testing Benefits• $25-$28 per hour, based on experience • Medical insurance with a company contribution • Employer-paid short-term disability • 401(k) with company match up to 6% • Health Savings Account options • Wellness reimbursement program • Paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth Position: Full-time Work Environment: Shop with occasional field service Pinnacle Site Solutions is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
