Fast-Track Leadership Trainee 12-Month Program

SIXT USA is launching a 12‑month Management Trainee Program, 1ST GEAR!, designed to fast‑track you into a leadership role. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, take on responsibilities early, and be placed into a leadership position after graduation across the United States. The program includes travel up to 50% and rotation through core operations—from sales to fleet management—while you develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
