Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a shared software platform with provenance tracking, evaluation tooling, and access control
Implement engineering standards as tooling, including automated test and validation pipelines
Deploy validated tools and services, ensuring proper packaging and hand-off to research teams for long-term use
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, data engineering, or a related quantitative field with 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years
Experience shipping production data systems or services that other teams depend on
Hands-on cloud engineering experience on AWS or equivalent, including containerization and CI/CD
Familiarity with translational biomarker data and GxP-relevant traceability expectations
Experience in a platform or enablement team that served scientists directly and measured success by adoption
