Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust quality, compliance, and food safety solutions for customers
Lead technical scoping engagements to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Coach and mentor team members while promoting continuous improvement and innovation
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Food Safety or QA role or comparable implementation role in the FSQA space
Ability to work well in small teams and thrive in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and systematic approach
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Successful completion of a reference and background check
