Reliability Engineer - Cement Plants Uptime

Heidelberg Materials in Irving, TX, seeks a regional Reliability Engineer to lead strategies that improve equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance cost across multiple cement plants. You will monitor plant health using vibration, thermography, oil analysis and other predictive tools, conduct root cause analyses, and work with maintenance teams to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance and spare parts strategies. Travel to sites is required.
