Bakken Basin Safety Field Leader - HSE Excellence

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking an HSE Field Leader to oversee multiple field locations and mentor teams across the Bakken Basin. You will conduct site inspections, drive corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture in collaboration with Area Managers and Field Leaders. This role requires travel to rig sites on a 14/14 schedule. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and HSE audits, with 3+ years in oilfield safety and OSHA 30 certification.
