Transactional Attorney

Location: Falls Church, Virginia | Fully RemoteI’m working with a highly respected boutique law firm specializing in franchise, licensing, trademark, distribution, and business transactions that is looking to add a Transactional Contracts Attorney to its growing team. The firm is open to attorneys coming from adjacent transactional practices who are interested in expanding into franchise law.

What You'll Do: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and transactional agreements Handle franchise-related agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts Advise clients on contractual issues, business relationships, and risk allocation Support franchise and branded-distribution transactions from structuring through execution Work on matters involving trademarks, licensing, intellectual property, and brand protection Salary and

Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$140,000 – $200,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
