A law firm seeks an Employment and Labor Partner Attorney with a portable book of business to join their expanding offices in Miami, FL. Duties:
Represent employers in a full range of labor and employment matters. Provide day-to-day guidance and employment counseling. Manage traditional labor relations and defend claims involving discrimination, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination. Ensure regulatory compliance for clients.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in employment and labor matters. Ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently. Portable book of business required. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Admission to the Florida bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Florida. Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities.
