Plastic Injection Molding Engineer

Essential Duties: Develop, optimize, and maintain plastic injection molding processes. Perform mold trials, process validation, and machine setup activities. Troubleshoot molding defects and implement corrective actions. Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap rates, and overall process efficiency. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Support new product launches and process transfers. Analyze production data and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities. Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Working Hours / Working Style: On-site / Mon through Fri 7:00 AM 3:45 PM or 8:00 AM 4:45 PMWorking Location: Peachtree City, GASalary / Benefit: $60K Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity Relocation Assistance Available (up to $3,000)Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Holidays Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding. Experience with small plastic parts or precision-molded components. Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, materials, and processing parameters. Ability to troubleshoot molding, tooling, and process-related issues. Understanding of quality control and manufacturing best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
