Remote | Full-time We are looking for a motivated Call Operator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy customer interaction and working in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts Communicate with customers via phone and email Update customer information in CRM systems Support customer engagement activities
Requirements:
Good computer skills Experience in customer service is a plus Ability to work independently and multitask Willingness to work with outbound calls Languages Arabic – Native English – Intermediate Russian – A plus
