Senior Electrical Engineer - Substations & HV Systems Lead

Construction Innovations is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the engineering of complex transmission and distribution substations. You will design medium/high voltage systems, develop schematics and single-line drawings, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment. Based in Mather, CA, this role requires a strong background in electrical design, NEC/NESC/IEEE standards, and experience with ETAP/SKM, AutoCAD, and battery storage projects. A sign-on bonus of $10k is offered.
