Job Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and flux-core weldingFabricate structural steel, sheet metal, and miscellaneous metalsPerform pipe fitting, joining, and related fabrication workFabricate stairs, risers, handrails, platforms, mezzanines, ductwork, and other componentsRead and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, schematics, and specificationsMeasure, cut, fit, assemble, and weld materials according to project requirementsOperate shop equipment, including shears, presses, CNC saws, and plasma tablesOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as requiredInspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company and jobsite safety policies and proceduresQualifications & Skills 2+ years of welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, or related industrial experience preferredExperience with MIG, TIG, and flux-core weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and manualsAbility to use precision measuring tools, including calipers and tape measuresWorking knowledge of metals, materials, and fabrication techniquesExperience operating fabrication and shop equipmentStrong math and measurement skillsAbility to accurately lay out, fit, and fabricate componentsAbility to safely lift and handle materials associated with the positionHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredVocational training or completion of an apprenticeship is a plusAbility to obtain OSHA 30 certification through company-provided trainingStrong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and teamworkEmployment Requirements Candidates must be able to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.
