Flexible Schedule Home Health Aide — 1:1 Patient Care

Purpose Care is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes across the Midwest. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent while building meaningful relationships every day, with flexible PRN scheduling and weekly pay. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and documenting changes for the nurse; you’ll maintain a clean, safe home and travel to patient homes within your assigned area.
