In this role, you will lead IPV for securitized products and oversee valuation analysis and reporting across regions. You'll work with market data sources and automation to improve pricing workflows, while supporting traders, management, and auditors with transparent valuation insights. The position sits in the Valuation Controller team in Weehawken, contributing to risk-adjusted valuation and liquidity assessments in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across functions to drive robust controls and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:
Perform Independent Price Verification (IPV) for securitized products (CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, ABS)
Analyze cash flow triggers, market trends and other technical factors affecting valuation
Utilize market data sources (Intex, Bloomberg) for cash flow analysis and pricing
Develop and run automation tools (Python) for IPV processes
Prepare reporting and identify key drivers of IPV and reserves; write commentaries on exotics and regional reserve movements
Manage IPV processes for the Asian region; support traders with IPV drivers and adjustment details for exotics desk
Calculate and review IPV, model adjustments and liquidity adjustments for Equity Derivatives and Securitization products
Measure valuation uncertainty using multiple data sources and ensure appropriate valuation adjustments
Key requirements:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 3 years of experience
Alternate: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience
Experience with equity derivatives (swaps and options)
Financial modelling and financial statement analysis
Bloomberg, Reuters, Intex
Securitized products knowledge (CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, ABS)
Cash flow modelling; Python; Excel VBA Macros
Bonds knowledge (government, corporate, municipal)
Familiarity with ICE
Ability to work under pressure
