Remote Senior CRE Workout Specialist

Santander is seeking a Senior Associate, Commercial Workout Officer to lead distressed CRE loan workouts and coordinate with internal and external counsel. You will manage portfolios secured by rent-regulated multifamily properties and navigate NYC regulatory and foreclosure processes, delivering recoveries and timely credit actions. Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in CRE workouts, deep loan documentation knowledge, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and
