Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, computer science, or related fields
Proven ability to integrate AI research with software engineering practices
Strong Python programming skills and experience in building scalable software
Hands-on experience with AI agents, model evaluations, and reinforcement learning
Experience designing experiments that evaluate model capability and performance
