Lean Process Engineer - Continuous Improvement

FC Industries, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations in Dayton, Ohio. You will drive productivity, reduce waste, and implement Lean Manufacturing to support operational excellence. The role requires 5+ years in process improvement, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and hands-on experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, OEE, and TPM. You’ll work with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams on site.
