Employment Defense Attorney – Fully Remote Anywhere in US with California BarCompensation: $200k - $250k Base(without book), $300k - $350(with portable book) + Bonus Billables: 1800-1900A well-established national law firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to attorneys anywhere in the U.S., provided they are admitted to the California Bar.

Ideal Candidate:
- Active California Bar license required
- Experience handling employment defense matters
- Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
- Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
