Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) 10 15 years of experience in commodity trading or commercial leadership Fluency in English Strong expertise in commodity markets (grains or soft commodities preferred) Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
