Mid-To-Senior Level Attorney For Complex Healthcare Litigation Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney with experience handling complex healthcare litigation, with a particular focus on reimbursement disputes and business-related healthcare matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple matters and representing hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare litigation involving reimbursement disputes, corporate matters, and complex commercial issues
- Represent healthcare providers in negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, and litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze healthcare laws and regulations
- Assist with claims analysis, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Strong healthcare litigation background; reimbursement experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple cases
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Active bar license in the applicable jurisdiction
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000 – $275,000, depending on experience
Bonus: Up to $112,500 based on performance
