Gastroenterologist Southeastern Massachusetts Partnership TrackEstablished multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join their teamCompensation: Salary $500,000 $550,000, negotiable based on training, experience, and skill set; guaranteed base for the first 3 years with no upper limit, productivity-basedOne outpatient office and inpatient rounds at a single affiliated hospitalOur own outpatient GI endoscopy suiteAmple APP and office staff supportCall structure: Hospital consult weeks and weekend call (inpatient & outpatient) are 1:12 shared with another similar local GI group; weeknight call is rotated 1:5 within the group call is mildPhysician-owned and managed multi-specialty group with 160 providersPhysicians are eligible for corporate bonuses and partnership.
