Construction Legal Counsel - US Projects

Aecon U.S. seeks a Counsel to join its growing U.S. legal team in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will report to the Associate General Counsel for U.S. Operations, handling commercial contracts and legal risk across Nuclear, Industrial and Engineering Services lines. The role requires a JD, bar admission, and 4+ years of relevant experience, with in-house construction sector exposure. Travel to other Aecon sites may be required.
