Service Advisor Atlantic Tire and Service in Durham, North Carolina, is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers in person and by phone
  • Serve as the primary connection between customers and technicians, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and repair recommendations
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns to support proper diagnosis and service
  • Explain recommended repairs, prepare estimates, and help customers make informed maintenance and repair decisions
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress, completion times, costs, and any changes requiring authorization
  • Uphold our high standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness
Qualifications:
  • Automotive knowledge and at least 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor— REQUIREDCareer-minded with a desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Team-first mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities
