Key responsibilities:
Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
Oversee the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and support compliance with local payroll tax regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate payroll-related audits and respond to employee inquiries
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on international payroll accounting
Minimum of 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
