Receptionist

Location: Salem, OR

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PMAbout the Role Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Receptionist to support the front desk of a busy pet care facility in Salem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent organizational skills. You'll be the first point of contact for clients while helping keep daily operations running smoothly in a facility caring for 35-40 dogs each day.

Job Duties: Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions Schedule appointments using a detailed internal scheduling system Coordinate future physical therapy appointments for pets Process payments and maintain accurate transactions Wash, fold, and manage laundry to help maintain a clean facility Greet clients and provide outstanding customer service Support daily front desk and administrative operations

Qualifications: Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable learning new software and navigating a detailed scheduling system Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working around dogs throughout the day
