What You'll Do: Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex insurance claims. Conduct thorough interviews with claimants, witnesses, and experts. Inspect property damage [or review auto/medical records] and utilize modern estimating software. Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders during stressful times.
What You Bring:
Active CA Claims Adjuster License. 3 years of experience in claims adjusting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Proficiency in claims management systems and estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate).Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
