Location: Thurmont, MDBase Salary Range: $100K-$115KJoin a leading U.S. homebuilding organization responsible for manufacturing operations nationwide, focused on building a strong safety culture and driving consistent, compliant safety practices across all plants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise‐wide manufacturing safety strategy and execution
Standardize safety onboarding, training, audits, and accident management
Ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, reporting consistency, and trend‐based mitigation
Conduct multi‐site inspections and oversee third‐party safety audits
Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Develop and maintain company‐wide safety plans, policies, and best practices
Support and develop plant safety leaders and coordinators

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field 7+ years in manufacturing/industrial environments 5+ years in safety leadership roles
Strong OSHA/regulatory expertise across multi‐site operations
Proven ability to influence plant leadership and drive behavioral changeOSHA‐30 preferred
