Northwest Indiana - 45 mins from Chicago Facility seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist to join our team and meet the growing demands for Neurology services. Provider experience with general neurological disorders, nerve conduction studies, EEG interpretations, Botox injections is desired.
