We are seeking a Project Manager to support research and evidence-generation programs through project coordination, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. This role will drive execution, track priorities, and support operational effectiveness across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, meetings, and project communications. Maintain project documentation, reporting, dashboards, and action logs. Support resource planning, budget tracking, and operational reporting. Monitor project progress and implement mitigation plans when needed. Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.5+ years of project management experience in life sciences, healthcare, research, or related industries. Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification. Experience supporting research, evidence-generation, or health outcomes programs. Experience managing vendors and external partners.
