Now, we’re looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to the team.
What You'll Do:
- This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be in the driver’s seat, building relationships, leading projects, and making real-time decisions that move work forward.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors
- Strengthen partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist Project teams over multiple projects from kickoff through closeout
- Navigate change orders, revisions, and evolving project needs
- Help modernize and improve processes—including leveraging AI and new technologies
Day-to-Day: ImpactYou’ll touch every part of the project lifecycle, including:
- Scheduling & manpower coordination
- Assisting with change orders & billings
- Equipment & material buyouts
- Subcontractor managementRFIs & coordination drawings
- Submittals & closeout
- Commissioning, training, and turnover
- Driving client satisfaction—and future opportunities
